Learning & Leadership development

“When we hired PRG, we were in desperate need of raising money quickly and strengthening our board’s ability to actively engage in the development process. We surpassed our initial goals with assistance from PRG and continue today, five years later, to utilize the strategies we learned from them. And, we refer other nonprofits to them every chance we get!”

Coaching of Funding Leadership Staff and Board

Fundraising coaching, unlike Training, is focused on helping organizational leaders tackle issues they face with specific donor prospects. PRG’s coaching is the bridge between lessons learned in Training and the very real issues that arise once fundraising gets underway. We listen and then devise practical approaches for every donor.

Customized Fundraising Training

Some leaders have a fear of asking for money. PRG’s training program puts “fun” into fundraising by demystifying the ask and helping people find their own voice for causes they care about. We teach practical and effective techniques in group sessions or one-to-one.

On Call Counsel

Our expert counsel is available when you need it as a resource to staff or board to address issues both strategic and practical as they arise. Clients find great value in having a “go to” fundraising professional to support their decision-making.

We reached-out to PRG because we knew we simply had to ‘up our game’ in fundraising following an historic capital campaign and huge surge in young people who were waiting to get into our programs. We were wary that consultants might just rehash stuff we already knew. But the PRG team really got to know us first and then really dug in. They got everyone on board, assessed our situation, and created practical solutions for us. Their professionalism (and good humor!) has led to the two most successful fundraising years we’ve ever had. I still call on them every chance we get.
